Inshore- Well summer is here. The weather has been calm and hot. Good size Trout have been reported in the early morning on the east side shoreline. The greenies have been thick around the Inlet. Snook season is closed. The Snook are feeding during the days, they have been moving out to the beaches. With summer here it is time to run the beaches. Kingfish, Bonita, Spanish Mackeral and Jacks for now. Soon the Tarpon will arrive.
Offshore- The Dolphin run is on the down side. One or two fish a day on Ballyhoo, kind of slow. The fish are moving closer in. I caught some Dolphin at 90ft. this week. The bottom has been pretty active at 90ft. Some good size Mangrove Snapper. Kingfish have been anywhere from the beach out to 60ft.
