This is the inaugural fund raising event for Susanne's Charity of Hope, Inc., not only to financially
assist Larry and Susanne Chancey in continuing their fight against her metastases *** cancer,
but to continuously raise funds in order to educate others through books and a web site as well
as providing financial assistance to those that seek similar treatment. Fighting the recurrence of
this disease with all the conventional chemotherapy drugs, over the past three years, has led them
to seek alternative treatment in Mexico because the drugs are no longer effective in containing her cancer.
As the Charity grows, our intention is to become a non-profit organization.

We are asking that a $5.00 per adult ($10.00 per family) minimum donation be made out to Susanne's
Charity of Hope. This donation will entitle you to receive a pink wristband for access to all weekend events.
Kid Zone will be available free of charge throughout the weekend.
Friday, April 25
Overlooking the Ocean at the Surfcaster Motel, Beachside
5:00pm Food and drinks, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, subs and salads will be available.
7:00pm Live music by Diamond Blue Grass till 11pm. Items will be auctioned during breaks.
11:00pm Closing evening raffle drawing.
Saturday, April 26
10.30am 2K beach walk, a minimum donation requested of $1.00 to enter. Children 12 and under
are free. Prizes awarded.
11:30am Food and drinks, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, subs and salad will be available.
2:00-4:30pm Silent auction items (i.e., gift baskets, fine wine, gift certificates, etc.)
5:00pm All-you-can-eat meatball or sausage pasta dinners will be available.
7:00pm Live music by The Loogey Brothers Band till 11pm. Items will be auctioned during breaks.
11:00pm Closing evening raffle drawing.
Sunday, April 27
8:00am Surf fishing tournament - $15.00 donation is requested.
11:00am Fishing prizes awarded - 5 winning categories.
11:30am Ride for Hope Biker Poker Run - $25.00 per poker hand entry fee.1:00pm - last bike out
12:00pm BBQ, potato salad, & pizza will be available.
3:30pm Last bike in, prizes and awards given.
4:00pm Wine tasting and fashion show with hors-d'oeuvres in Rosati's. Must book in advance.
5:30pm Dining room opened for dine-in.
